Thank you for shopping with Pressed by S&M! We’re excited to bring your custom and stylish apparel straight to your door. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery, and more.


🔹 Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • Custom or personalized items may take 7–14 business days to produce.

  • During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped (including a tracking number).


🔹 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders through USPS, depending on your selection at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


🔹 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, Pressed by S&M may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our website and social media.


🔹 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after your package has shipped.


🔹 Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at pressedbysandm@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.


🔹 Lost or Stolen Packages

Pressed by S&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address.

  2. Check with your local post office or carrier.

  3. Contact the shipping company directly for assistance.
