๐น Returns
At Pressed by S&M, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason youโre not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original packaging.

Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Custom or personalized designs, including special prints, names, or made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.
๐น Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange request is approved, weโll send you the correct item as soon as possible.

๐น Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item arrives defective or damaged and a replacement is not available.
After we receive and inspect your return, youโll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
