๐Ÿ”น Returns

At Pressed by S&M, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason youโ€™re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original packaging.

  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Custom or personalized designs, including special prints, names, or made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange request is approved, weโ€™ll send you the correct item as soon as possible.

๐Ÿ”น Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item arrives defective or damaged and a replacement is not available.
After we receive and inspect your return, youโ€™ll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Custom or personalized apparel

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

๐Ÿ”น Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping service.
